· No training to fatigue. Sessions are short and regular.
· Perfect a few exercises and do them correctly for a whole body workout.
· Use breathing and tensing techniques to increase effectiveness and results.
· Movements based on Yoga, Specialist Combat & Martial Arts training.
· Once learned you can do them anytime and anywhere you have the space to lie down.
